Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan adalah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart) and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir) are looking for a Central Kitchen Manager who will be in charge of the overall operations for the kitchen area.

Job Details:

Oversee all aspects of the production activities
Improve culinary standards for the central kitchen
Implement and enforce quality control measures for all food production
Control and manage food costs to ensure sustainable profit margins
Determine and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of production sections
Prepare monthly production reports
Establish and implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures in production, maintenance, and the facilities with full documentation
Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders, schedule work shifts for employees
Review the overall performance and identify the training needs of production personnel
Good knowledge of Ordering, Monitoring, and controlling the inventory level of raw, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the F&B / Retail industry
Preferably proficient and experienced in bakery and pastry, with a valid Food Hygiene Certificate will be an added advantage
Able to plan, monitor & implement work processes and schedules.
Strong leadership
In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-management abilities
Able to recommend and implement initiatives such as new production techniques, products, purchase of new machinery, and changes in staff levels
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Willing to be placed in our Central Kitchen at Bintaro
