Responsibilities/Accountability:

• Manage day to day finance operations for business units
• Work closely with Finance Shared Service Centre to ensure all transactional items are correctly booked in Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close and reporting process in adherence to the reporting calendar
• Conduct budget and forecast review to align with business strategy with financial planning in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) reporting
• Lead initiatives in driving product/project margin improvement, reduce working capital burn through improve inventory turn and reduce DSO & bad debts 
• Principal driver of internal controls throughout the organization. Ensure compliance with ASSA ABLOY policies and guidelines, and local regulations
• Establish and maintain systems and controls; verify the integrity of all automated systems, processes and data
• Conduct regular Balance Sheet reviews and implement mitigation actions to minimize the financial exposure
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, corporate secretary & ensure full statutory, accounting, tax & legal compliance
• Support HR, logistics & office administration including the general management and smooth running of the day-to-day operations
• Support Management team in the evaluation of acquisition and business development opportunities
• Provide accounting leadership in integrating current and future acquisitions
• Undertake any ad hoc projects as and when required by the Management
• Any other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time
• Cultivate strong working relationships within GCSEA Finance and all relevant regional within the Group
• Lead with a strong compliance and integrity mindset

Skills required:

1. Strong commercial and business acumen
2. Proactive, Self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal skills
3. Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines & pressure
4. Able to handle full set of accounts, preferably using Microsoft Dynamics AX
5. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
6. Good experience in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) reporting
7. Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
8. Demonstrated success in a project leadership role, with the strong ability to influence key stakeholders
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills
10. Familiar with local taxation regulations, corporate tax reporting standards, local laws and regulations.
11. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
12. Change agent and embrace process changes

Qualification Criteria:

1. CA – Preferred. Else CFA / MBA – Finance after accounting major
2. 8-10 years’ relevant experience in Business / Finance controlling and working closely with business
