Job Description :
  • The position is responsible for day-to-day invoicing, credit control, and collection for accounts receivable portfolio.
  • This includes Product accounts reconciling on a regular basis to ensure that receivables collected in a timely manner, visit to the customer and liaise with the counterpart team, while at the same time ensuring good relationship between Company and the partners portfolio.
  • This position also responsible in the creation of working paper and other task in the finance closing period to ensure the AR related balance is record accurately in timely manner.
  • Create invoices and send the invoices to partners
  • Identify incoming with the relevant invoice and clear the relevant invoice
  • Follow up (calls) outstanding unpaid due invoice to customers and request payment commitment
  • Conduct customer visit for overdues that cannot be collected through phone call
  • Provide recommendation for Sales Block on overdue customers without clear reason for unpaid invoice
  • Prepare AR aging report and update regularly
  • Work together with business to collect overdue invoices
  • Maintain good relationship with the Company partners
  • Act as representative from finance collection team to answer and help all the inquiry from Company B2B customers related to the invoicing
  • Reconciling month-end balances of accounts receivable between General Ledger in System on the closing period
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Management/Business.
  • Minimum 1-2 years Hands-on experience in invoicing, credit control and collection for at least 500 clients in a month.
  • Able to negotiate with difficult customers for payment commitment.
  • Able to work together with business to provide solution on delinquent customers.
  • Able to perform AR reconciliation.
  • Attention to details.
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Tough, can work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
  • Familiar with Oracle / SAP / or other accounting tools.

Persyaratan minimum:

  • Mencari karyawan yang bisa bekerja pada hari kerja
  • Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
