Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Descriptions :
- Manage all export sales processes, including sale to delivery for a number of client accounts that are from foreign countries (which region will be assigned later).
- Develop strategic marketing plans and ensure they are aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives
- Evaluate and analyze results, metrics, and reports to determine the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Lead and guide teams regarding customer service, planning & product quality and also logistics to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments.
- Continuously identifying the need for opportunistic short-term activity to close gaps to the business plan
- Evaluate all customer issues and feedback and provide optimal solutions if necessary to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
- Cultivate and sustain trustworthy professional relationship with the existing as well as the prospective customers.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends of international market.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma’s Degree (D3) in any major, preferably from Business Studies/Administration/Management
- Have a minimum of 1 year of working experience as a Sales & Marketing Officer or a similar role in the related field.
- Strong knowledge of the details of the export business such as international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations
- Good understanding of strategic & tactical marketing plans, business development, advertising campaigns, brand building, market research/analysis and digital marketing especially for manufacturing industry
- Proven work experience in handling overseas market (Asian, American, European and etc) would be a huge plus
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must, fluency in any other language would be a huge asset
- Computer literate also familiarity with CRM Software
- Good analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good business common sense with a problem-solving attitude
- Highly energetic, dynamic, result-oriented and customer-focused
- Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang
