• Do payroll administration as data maintenance, salary calculation, and payment processing
• Prepare payment report especially for Operation Payroll
• Work collaboratively with superior and team for payroll and benefits data
• Proactively optimize current payroll processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience
• Ensure all salary component (income & deductions) in HRIS are updated properly, correct and clear

• Min. of 1 – 3 years of experiences in Payroll or Tax
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tax, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or others related major
• Familiar with HRIS, Ms. Excel, and payroll report, familiarity with SAP would be advantage
• Basic knowledge of Income tax, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan practises
• Detail oriented & Strong analytical
• Excellent in massive data management, excel spreadsheet and other data analysis tools
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
