Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

MAIN FUNCTION

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and manage projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. He will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed in all stages of the project within the confines of a company’s goals and vision & Project scope.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Determine and define project scope & objective, defining the Division of Work & communicate to stakeholders.
Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner through proper communications.
Prepare budget based on scope of work and proposal inputs.
Track project costs in order to meet budget.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. Responsible for Risk assessment, analysis & mitigation plan.
Will be responsible for AR collection from customers.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, making the project closure documents.
Will be responsible for Cost Booking planning with Project Planner, facilitating & ensuring the Cost booking as per plan.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITY

Maintain good contact with the project team & should establish proactive communication.
Evaluates the current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of the Project management.
Be a good negotiator and good at communication (verbal & written).

Bachelor’s degree

EXPERIENCE

10 Years in Project Management

CRITICAL COMPETENCY

SKILL REQUIRED

Effective Communication skill.
Knowledge and awareness of Basic engineering on Boiler/Heater.
Negotiation skill.
Good Analytical skill, Risk assessment ability.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
Well versed with Computer MS Office & MS Project.
Knowledge on finance & logistic.

COURSES NEEDED

PMP preferrable
MS Project certified
