Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Concierge di tempat usaha British School Jakarta untuk daerah Tangerang dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan ialah Pelayanan & Layanan Pelanggan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Untuk persyaratan yang kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma) & D4 (Diploma). Merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) preferably in Secretarial / English Literature / Administration / Hospitality, or other related educational backgrounds.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in relevant areas as the following:
  • Experience working at the front desk or directly dealing with external guests.
  • Experience working at Embassy/hotel/tourism agency / private hospital / international school, or any international environment.
  • Experience working with children (preferable).
  • Strong administrative skills to perform secretarial and administrative work.
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with varied guest behaviour.
  • Excellent customer service telephone skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Good analytical capability.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Possess good self-organisational skills and can manage time efficiently.
  • Simple report writing skills to write monthly reports. 
  • Highly motivated and a good team player.
  • Proven ability to speak fluent and excellent English.
  • Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

This position’s duties and responsibilities, but are not exclusive to are as the following:

Concierge Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist and handle visitors, potential clients, parents, children, and staff with inquiries in person or by phone pleasantly and professionally to ensure their convenience and trust in the School. And assist student entry & exit process at the beginning and end of school hours 
  • Prepare monthly basis reports of incoming visitors in which categorised as Vendor, existing parents, prospective parents and other reports as needed
  • Receive guests for every department and arrange sign in, by 
  • When applicable, checking any special condition entry points (i.e. Covid entry procedures) 
  • Recording logs of incoming visitors/guests (inserting the visitor data into the visitor database system)
  • Exchanging the visitor ID to visitor badge management
  • Explaining the school area using the map of the school, Child Protection, and answering questions 
  • Handle incoming calls, including recording logs of incoming calls for the whole school & the commercial enterprise department and preparing a monthly report of incoming calls.
  • Perform secretarial and administrative tasks such as typing up documents, editing and formatting, and assisting with other relevant tasks and duties.
  • Prepare and organise internal and external mail and couriers, packaging documents (DHL, JNE, Post, Amazon, etc.), including recording logs of incoming packages and ensuring all the incoming packages are being delivered or informed to the point of contact or the related staff and preparing a monthly report of incoming packages, including DHL & JNE Shipment.
  • Assist the campus administration team in handover lanyards, RFID and car passes to the parents both from the Primary & Secondary Education side, and assist with the administration of the RFID system as needed. 
  • Ensure the workstation is well present at all times to give a good image as the first impression of the school.
  • Perform the receptionist work and the school grooming as per guideline: Concierge Grooming Guideline.
  • Assist in handling any requests or inquiries of tasks/projects jobs requested by the Head of Campus Facilities & Services, the Campus administration staff or other senior members of staff. The inquiries may vary depending on the business need that arises and taking into consideration the capabilities of the Concierge, and with the required training and support. 
  • Carry out basic administrative tasks and duties relating to campus management, as directed. Examples of tasks may include handling the Campus Ticketing System, summarising driver overtime sheets or any other assigned administrative tasks.

Other General Professional Duties

  • Actively promote and uphold all Safeguarding and Child Protection policies and responsible use of personal data following the relevant personal data protection policies and procedures within the school. 
  • In liaison with the Line Managers, take responsibility for upholding Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practices within your working area and be responsible for completing risk assessments/near misses as appropriate.
  • Undertake any other relevant duties as assigned by the Line Manager or the Head of the Department.
