Arkademi is Indonesia #1 online course platform for professionals, is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and skilled Business Operation Manager, adept in customer journey, customer acquisition models, growth experimentation, as well as acquiring and managing strategic partnerships. We invite those with at least 5 years of experience in the digital industry with a B2C business model, capable of working with key metrics, and possessing a strong data-driven culture, to join us in achieving sustainable growth and strengthening Arkademi’s brand position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies focusing on the validation and optimization of customer journey, customer acquisition models, and strategic partnerships to increase transactions, revenue, and overall business growth.
  2. Acquire and manage strategic partnerships with other parties to enhance Arkademi’s marketing and sales.
  3. Manage, direct, and motivate the marketing and sales team to achieve set targets.
  4. Manage and optimize key metrics such as CLV, CAC, traffic, conversion, funnel, and oversee customer acquisition models.
  5. Conduct and lead experiments to discover and validate new growth methods with a focus on customer journey and customer acquisition models.
  6. Use a data-driven approach to identify and address issues, as well as measure the effectiveness of strategies and tactics implemented.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the tech industry with a B2C business model. (Mandatory)
  2. At least 2 years of experience leading a marketing or sales team in B2C tech industry. (Mandatory)
  3. Expertise in customer journey, customer acquisition models, as well as acquiring and managing strategic partnerships.
  4. Proven track record in running a series of experiments to discover and optimize validated customer acquisition models and increasing their scale in a B2C business model.
  5. Ability to apply a data-driven approach in strategic decision-making.
  6. Skilled in conducting ongoing experiments to achieve validated and scalable growth.
  7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  8. Ability to adapt quickly and face challenges in a dynamic environment.

Skills Needed:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  2. Creativity and innovation in developing marketing and sales strategies and tactics focused on customer journey, customer acquisition models, and strategic partnerships.
  3. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and performance measurement.
  4. Effective team management and inspiring leadership abilities.
  5. Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
