Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Raya Posisi It Compliance & Helpdesk Officer di PT Liebherr Indonesia Perkasa

• Implement, controlling and conduct regular evaluation for all of policies and procedures set by the company & Liebherr Group.
• Manage preparation for various audit activities report in IT field that will be perform by internal company, group and external parties
• Working with team to conduct regular training and induction related IT Policies and IT Security awareness
• As a first layer to respond all of IT request and incident that coming from Users which should be to logged and follow up by Helpdesk system by IT Team
• Able to perform analysis and resolve for basic technical IT system issues 
• Working with IT Manager to have a regular review and monitoring for monthly & annual IT Expense
• Manage all of IT documentation, reporting and contract to ensure having a good governance

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / IT, Computer Science, Informatic Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience work as IT Security / IT Audit / IT Risk Management / Cybersecurity
• Have a good understanding of general IT Security Policies & IT Helpdesk
• Have knowledge and experience to conduct related IT quality management in ISO 9001 and related IT security in ISO 27001
• Have basic technical skill and knowledge in IT Infrastructure area that covered Server/Virtualization, File Sharing, Backup Management, Network, Router, etc
• Experience to build good communication and working with cross area & department in order to set procedures and support
• Good in English both Verbal and Written.
