About the Role

You will work within the scope of Tokopedia’s account receivable and directly report to the Senior member of the team. Your job scope would be to help in the day-to-day operation of account receivable team includes billing and clearing payments.

What You Will Do

• Assisting in billing of receivables to customer, including checking the completeness of the documents, the accuracy of the number.
• Issue and send invoices to business partner.
• Match daily incoming payment to its intended invoice. 
• Responding to stakeholder’s queries
• Resending Invoice when needed 
• Assisting in the transition process to SAP 

What You Will Need

• Preferably who has got experience interning on Account Receivable. Fresh graduates are welcome. (not    accepting last year students)
•  Basic understanding of Account Receivable and Accounting area is a plus point.
•  Basic understanding of SAP software is a plus point.
•  Possesses high attention to detail, curious mind and critical thinking. 
•  Fast learner, highly adaptable.
•  Able to follow instructions, work within a team, highly communicative and responsive.

 We are a 3 member team who focuses on account receivable area, from issuing invoices to clearing received payments. Our main job is to support internal (business team, accounting) and external stakeholders (business partners) in conducting business. We are required to be agile in facing new circumstances and business process while simultaneously be able to maintain our main job scope.
