Sales Development Representative

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Sales Development Representative. Your main focus will be outbound prospecting to generate new and qualified leads, as well as prospect follow-up for our Business Team. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Team to create an outbound prospecting strategy, as well as to fill and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads.

• Generate potential leads and links through social media emails & cold calling & converting them into Business.

• Identify trends and market opportunities which we can serve with the Cakap Account

• Create a great first impression to our prospect client by providing them with a meaningful experience and overview of our value.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized

• Gain in-depth knowledge of all things about Cakap to educate potential leads on the value of our products.

• Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative & compelling follow-ups.

Requirements

• Min. 1 year Outbound/pre-sales/telemarketing experience

• Proven experience in doing constant routine eg: cold-calling (taking in 30 calls/day (conversations happening)

• Proven experience in using sales qualification questions to filter leads

• Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends

• Leads mining/research experience

• Had experience in sourcing leads from multiple sources by him/herself instead of given/provided

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English
