Responsible for leading the development and implementation of the technology strategy to support business processes across production, sales, accounting, business requirements, SAP S/4HANA, and HRIS. The IT Manager will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure that the technology infrastructure is aligned with the needs of the business and supports its strategic objectives.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Report of strategic IT infrastructure/application development and implementation.
• Direct and manage implementation of infrastructure projects, Software development projects for ensuring timely delivery and best practices.
• Plan & control the day-to-day activities for supporting Production control system.
• Propose infrastructure solutions to support business objectives.
• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT system and services.
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solution for IT needs.

Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of business processes in production, sales, accounting, business requirements, SAP, and HRIS.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
• Experience in managing IT Infrastructure and Project Management.
• Experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
