Dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi COST CONTROL STAFF di tempat usaha PT Bahari Eka Nusantara (Ben Line Agencies) untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.
Skill yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Pelayanan & Logistik/Rantai Pasokan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Selain itu untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

A. Job Description
1. Updating budgetary rates and expenses on daily basis
2. Following up branches and vendors to provide the daily report and expenses
3. Working together with Admin team for cost recording and billing to clients
4. Monitor & track job files and update the status of each jobs
5. Ensure reports on budgetary overhead expenses are submitted
6. Ensure monthly reports for budget / PNL are submitted
7. Organize and carry out the inventory process every month.
8. Ensure all cost control policies and procedures for all departments and all inventory counts along with supporting evidence or documents are implemented
9. Ensuring the correctness of every transaction (especially spending/purchasing transactions)
10. Ensure database with actual are checked
11. Ensure entry and exit of all goods, storekeepers and receiving are monitored
12. Cooperate with Purchasing in terms of purchasing the price of goods and receiving goods
13. Ensure calculate all items every month and make monthly reports (Cost of product)
14. Ensure the receipt of goods carried out by the receiving in calculating the quantity and quality of goods based on the purchase order form or market list.
15. Ensure that goods leaving the store must be accompanied by a complete store request document (Quantity request item, Stock on hand, date, name, signature)
16. Ensuring all supporting documents for purchases (Purchase Orders, Purchase Requests, Market Lists, Cash Purchases, etc.) for all types of purchases.

2. Englist must be fluent (spoken and written)
3. Good with MS Office especially Ms Excel
4. Good knowledge of marine, offshore, and project logistics services/ business
5. Strong & Comfortable with numbers
