About The Role

In this role, you make an impact as a Treasury HoldCo team. You work closely with Treasury Operations, SAP and Kyriba Support, and other teams on Treasury HoldCo. By working intensively together in collating the basic data for Treasury reporting executions, reviewing the Treasury business processes and policies, and also helping in delivering Treasury Projects smoothly, you can add value to the success of the Treasury HoldCo team. 

What You Will Do

  • This individual will support all aspects of Treasury Policy, Project, and Reporting including but not limited to:
  • Collate  and analyze data provided for  regular and ad hoc group Treasury reporting execution
  • Cultivate an effective relationship with all relevant partners such Treasury Operations team, SAP/Kyriba supports, and other stakeholders
  • Pro-actively signal areas of improvement in business processes and point out best practices   
  • Monitor and review bank structure, users, and transaction-related to the bank account in the system (ie SAP, Kyriba)
  • Coordinate and manage Treasury projects

What You Will Need

  • With your understanding of the Treasury control discipline, you have the capability to apply these in daily practice. You are capable of assessing the impact of relevant financial results (cash flow). Besides that, you have to:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting/Finance/Economics/Engineering  
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience and being familiar with SAP and Kyriba is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of related disciplines (data analytics, financial statement)Have capability in building macro excel or any data analytics tool
  • Capability in verbal & written communication in English
  • Strong analytical thinking, assertive, persuasive, and forward-looking skills
  • Accurate and efficient in executing project plans and BAU
  • Independent and critical thinker combined with excellent team player skills, confident and forceful personality

About the Team 

The Treasury Policy, Project and Reporting team is part of the Treasury HoldCo team, located in Jakarta. We focus on Treasury business improvement, projects, and reporting. As a team currently we are aiming for consistency and accuracy of the database, building the Treasury reporting as per timeline with accuracy, looking for ways to simplify the Treasury business processes and reporting (project base), revisiting the Treasury Group Policy including the Standard Operating Procedure and also monitor and control treasury risk related processes.
