YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform maintenance activities (Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, time-based maintenance, etc) of production equipment, utilities, building facilities based on procedures, work instruction and HSE guidelines.
• Follow up agreed work order, coordinate with area owner, and perform closing process of WO after job completed.
• Monitoring performance of equipment and create regular performance report.
• Involve in evaluating critical equipment and develop maintenance strategy (PM, PdM, redundancy, run to fail, spare parts, etc) based on Reliability and Integrity Management (RIM) guideline.
• Perform implementation of Asset Care (AC) best practices and ensuring it gives positive impact on maintenance program effectiveness.
• Provide technical support in process improvement project, digitalization implementation and other continuous improvement project.
• Initiate improvement ideas in equipment reliability improvement, process improvement, cost saving, HSE improvement, etc.
• Supervise 3rd party vendor during maintenance activity that involve vendors/contractors and implement contractor safety management system (CSMS) practices.
• Provide technical expertise during Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities and perform knowledge transfer process to production team.

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduated from D3 in mechanical/electrical/mechatronic engineering with minimum 3 years experiences on processing and manufacturing operation/maintenance.
• Have knowledge on processing equipment operation/maintenance
• Have knowledge on plant maintenance strategy
• Have knowledge on spare part management
• Have knowledge on general safety standards (working at height, hot works, electrical safety, confined space, etc)
