Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Outbound Staff di perusahaan Sunday Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Telesales/Telemarketing serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Outbound Staff

As an Outbound Staff each day, you’ll be…

Conduct outbound calls based on potential customer data to offer Employee Benefit, Car Insurance, Personal Accident or Travel Insurance products to help achieve sales goals
Provide differentiated outbound services and introduce competitive products and services so as to deepen customer relationships and enhance customer satisfactions
Propose alternative products/solutions that meet customers’ needs
Comply with internal/external policies and procedures ensuring operational integrity
Implement procedures to improve overall operations and meet SLA’s & sales targets
Billing reminder to the user (after the policy is issued)
Collaborate with the CRM and any other team(s) to ensure customer information is accurately captured and updated in the system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Qualification:

Have a 2-3 years of experience as insurance telesales or customer relations who handle general insurance products
Ability to multitask and execute in a fast-paced, team-oriented and sales driven environment
Critical thinking ability to find another solutions to customize customers need, proactive attitude and persuasive/effective pitch skills that have a customer service-oriented mindset
Proven track record of successfully meeting the sales target and productivity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
