Job Requirements
1. Being able to use English as a working language, or if you can speak Mandarin, will be more conducive to your employment
2. Graduated from a major in personnel and administration, with 1 year or more work experience, familiar with various personnel laws and policies in Indonesia; practical experience in recruitment, five insurances and one housing fund
3. Strong practical experience in personnel recruitment, especially good experience in recruiting sales, marketing and technical support personnel of technology-based companies
4. Able to withstand greater pressure, outgoing personality, positive and stable attitude, and willing to develop with the company for a long time
5. Those who have worked in the security/IT industry, Huawei, ZTE, EZVIZ, IMOU, TPLINK,HIVISION,DAHUA and other companies are preferred
Job Responsibilities
1. Implement various human resources management systems, norms and processes;
2. Responsible for the daily management of the company, such as team building, attendance, contract management, etc.;
3. Make a recruitment plan and carry out the recruitment work in an all-round way;
4. Responsible for the insurance and provident fund of all employees of the company.
5. Responsible for the employment, probationary period, transfer, resignation and social insurance procedures related to employee relations, and submit relevant personnel reports
6. Responsible for the management of the company’s daily affairs and office expenses, reduce management costs, increase revenue and reduce expenditure;
7. Responsible for the management of the company’s fixed assets, office supplies, office equipment, and office environment;
