Job Descriptions:
- Develop, implement and maintain finance principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department including AP, AR & general ledger preparation, tax returns & payments, financial reporting, year end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities
- Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of finance policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes
- Generate various analysis and financial reports for the management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience as Senior Finance, preferably from property/real estate industry or plantation industry
- Solid understanding of finance principles and procedures (general ledger, reconciliation, account payable & receivable), financial planning & analysis
- Have strong knowledge about BPJS and PPH 21 is a must
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) would be an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership and problem solving skills
- Adaptable, collaborative and committed to excellence
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Pluit – North Jakarta
