Key Responsibilities:

• Lead of Security Excellence Team – Providing clear guidance on the team daily activity & future planning
• Lead ERT Team – Guide security team regarding which regards in responding emergency occurred in ATALIAN or any project mentioned
• Lead Engagement to the external (ATALIAN client) or internal (ATALIAN operation team) and provide solution to ensure business assurance.
• Provide governance, guidance, and security standards to be established in ATALIAN existing project or new pipeline.
• Supporting Sales Team in providing comprehensive solution for the new pipeline.

Operations

• Supporting ATALIAN internal operation team to ensure all problems are identified and have solution in place (conducting random site visit or check taskforce team visit report).
• Providing guidance and direct support for the transition and deployment of new projects.
• Collaborating with internal team to ensure business assurance delivery to the client of ATALIAN Indonesia
• Providing all security report (assessment, due diligence, risk analysis, investigation, or any other security relevant report) that required by ATALIAN internal or external client.
• Providing monthly customer visit schedule
• Develop and update yearly working plan.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree from any field and experienced as security manager for 3 years above or High School Diploma and experienced as security manager for 5 years above
• Strong experience in handling security governance role at least for 2 years
• Having strong communication, writing and presentation skill in English
• Prior case/project management and report writing experience.
• A proactive individual with solid organizational skills and self-starter qualities but knowing when to seek line management advice.
• Possessing sound commercial knowledge and an understanding of doing business in complex environments.
• A person who is able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and prioritize a workload to meet deadlines.
• Possessing a strategic mindset, able to build capacity and capability to achieve the targets assigned to the division.
• Fluency in verbal, reading and written English with good writing skills.
• Having Gada Utama security license and other related licenses (CCPS, CATS, etc.) will be an advantage.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills.
