POSITION DESCRIPTION

Managing defined projects to ensure all activities fit to plan, meeting the timeline, monitoring and reporting to ensure achieve the objectives. In the process, Field Marketing specialists ensure execution, engage with targeted stakeholders internally and externally, generate insights on new products, conduct analysis, and work with a cross-functional team in preparing for the new products.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor Degree’s preferably in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Public Health and Communication

2. Able to have knowledge and skill in digital marketing

3. Project management skill

4. Mastering power point and excel minimally for developing the report

5. Having 2+ experiences in the same positions is plus

TASK & RESPONSIBILITY

Strategy Implementation:

1. Gathers survey data from FF/AM on performance, customer’s need, and treatment map with a deep understanding of customers and environment in order to analysis
2. In line with the plan, delivers, arranges, conducts and
3. Monitors and measures implementation of the plan against agreed measures (i.e., target activity, flow project implementation, and result/performance)
4. Develop, monitor, and evaluate project plan activities
5. Conducting cross-functional internal meetings on monthly  
6. Budget management for Fertility Project Initiatives
7. Actively create monthly reviews, reports, analyses, and updated progress of Project Initiative
8. Ensure Project initiative fits with KPI  

Portfolio & Sales Management:

1. Identifies marketing and sales opportunities based on targeted account situation
2. Adapt flexible flow activity on targeted account
3. Presents project Fertility initiative to stakeholders in a targeted account

Relationship Management:

1. Provides validated insights in collaboration with the medical and sales team  
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders and KOLs for Fertility initiatives
3. Proactively gather customer insights for data analysis for new products evaluation and business case preparation
4. Ensure relationship management is maintained properly
5. Maintain relationships external stakeholders accordingly
