Join our team as a Creative Talent Scout! As the lead talent hunter, you’ll be responsible for discovering and attracting top talentto help us push the boundaries of design and technology. Whether it’s full-time staff, vendor partners, or freelance wizards, you’ll play a key role in building our team of creative geniuses.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with team members to understand the company’s needs and goals, and shape your recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Craft and execute recruitment plans.
• Actively search for and engage with top talent in the design and technology industries.
• Sourcing and screening potential candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial phone screens and assessments of potential candidates, and provide recommendations to the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, industry associations, and universities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from start to finish.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and identifying opportunities to attend events, meetups, and conferences to network with potential candidates.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing in a digital or tech industry or startup company.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a mandatory.
• Having a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to assess candidate potential and fit for the company.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential candidates and sell the company culture.
• Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize like a pro.
• A burning passion for finding and hiring top talent, and a drive to make a difference in our company.
• Strong understanding of the web design and tech industries, including current trends and technologies.
