Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving growth of Greenlake business and for country to meet budget.
  • Support sales in preparing, devising & communicating to customer Greenlake value proposition & Greenlake proposal in specific deals.
  • Continuously update knowledge on the internal development of Greenlake solutions and cascade the knowledge to the rest of the team
  • Align Greenlake strategies with APAC and devise, execute in-country initiatives and track those to meet country business goals.
  • Leverages market research to drive growth agenda.
  • Works tightly with APAC & GEMS Greenlake business counterparts to align on the latest Greenlake business, solutions, tools development, to drive business growth both in existing and new market segments and accounts.
  • Rigorously qualifies opportunities for active pursuit based on the probability of success and the intelligent allocation of the company’s resources.
  • Continually builds & reinforces client’s perception of the company as a credible partner.
  • Consultatively positions the company early in deals to influence client strategy.
  • Develops and champions the business justification for complex service solutions to ensure a successful engagement.
  • Educates account team about service solutions to increase their understanding and appreciation of its contribution to overall client account retention and the company profitability.
  • Help Sales to position the value of the support service program.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated to continuously learn given the fast-pace development of Greenlake solutions from worldwide
  • Willing to work long hour to support Greenlake proposal needs

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically, 7+ years in the Services or Solutions business, Sales, Business Development or Engagement.
  • IT Major primarily, other Engineering major secondary. Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Work experience in public cloud or IT infrastructure business preferred as business development manager /market development manager/ pre-sales but business savvy.
  • Work experience in local leading System Integraters/Distributors/Service Providers would be an advantage

  • General Business Acumen.
    • Financially savvy to meet financial targets.
    • Strong knowledge of the company’s service products, particular vertical industry, particular service business area, or solution speciality.
    • Knowledge & awareness of total company portfolio at value add level
    • Strategic thinking/planning.
    • Proposal creation.
    • Strong communication & presentation skills.
    • Strong customer IT understanding.
    • Build & lead extended teams.
    • Drive project negotiations.
