Job description & requirements
Job Descriptions:
1) Combining business analytic, data mining, data visualization, to help organizations to make more data-driven decisions.
2) Monitoring growth in daily basis
3) Provide forecast and project future business growth with alternative backup plan.
4) Capable to produce regular reporting and monitoring dashboard, and respond fast to ad-hoc data needs.
5) Support other stakeholder to work on different initiatives.
6) Responsible to increase conversion from user visit to book.
Requirements:
1) 3-5 years of experience in growth, especially user visit to book conversion.
2) Startup experience but specific handling financial strategy is a plus.
3) Strong financial background.
4) Proven experience with lab processes is a plus.
5) Very strong analytics and data processing skill.
6) Detail is a must
7) Willing to do extra mile
8) Experience in implementing analytical insight and solving the business problem by analytical method (e.g modelling, visualization, graph analysis).
9) Ability to translate business requirement into non-technical, lay terms.
10) High-level written and verbal communication skills in english.
