FOOM Global Lab Indonesian-based tech-enabled consumer product startup with mission to aid adult smokers move away from combustible smoking and encourage people to shift to safer way of consuming nicotine. We are determined to provide the best quality e-cigarette product with unique and hyper-localized flavors. Our main differentiators against competitors are our competitive price point; our refillable pods; and our e-liquid that is produced in-house and locally.
 

Trade Marketing Executive will be focusing on some of our Brands supporting the team in tracking the deployment of “New Product Launch” analyzing the overall performances in terms of sell out data in the different channels where we operate.

On top, they will support in the analysis of the results of an ad hoc tracking project focused on the new range just launched in the market and will help in highlighting the solutions to overcome the identified challenges as well as new opportunities to accelerate the growth.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Prepare analysis of business needs in line with sales strategic objectives, adding value to commercial planning activities providing key insights to grow the categories/channels
  • Carry out the design, development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track sales KPI’s in line with Commercial planning key strategic needs.
  • Implement all main trade marketing activations in order to maximize sell out impact and ROI;
  • Help in managing all assets in store and online for the clients assigned in strict collaboration with Marketing, Planning and Commercial Departments. 
  • Create innovative projects to support sell out considering shopper behaviors and attitude

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fresh graduates in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or in similar faculties
  • Good English communication (Min. B2)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office package especially MS Excel
