Our EF Adults centers in Indonesia have been providing quality English learning programs that focus on communicative competence, combined with our ‘Learn-Try-Apply’ method.

We are currently looking for a Local English Teacher to fill in a position in one of our schools where you will be working with a dynamic and inspiring academic team.

Academic responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons using a variety of differentiated instructional techniques that are appropriate to the level and meet the diverse needs of learners
• Plan and prepare lesson plans that meet core objectives and principles and are in line with EF Adults curriculum, as well as supplemental teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and learners needs
• Track and monitor student learning by providing beneficial constructive feedback

Other responsibilities:

• Create a safe and flexible classroom environment conducive to optimal learning
• Undertake professional development activities to ensure continued professional growth and development of teaching skills
• Foster good working relationships with learners, teachers, and other functions to support the development and well-being of the learners

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Education or English, and/or
• Internationally recognized TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA Certificate
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an English language school
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Creative and innovative
