Description

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives. This includes conducting market research, analysing customer data, and identifying target markets.
• Managing the organisation’s brand and ensuring that it is effectively communicated to customers.
• Creating advertising and promotion campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales. This includes managing the budget for advertising and promotional activities, as well as measuring the effectiveness of these efforts.
• Developing strategies that engage customers and build loyalty.
• Supporting the sales team by providing them with marketing materials, sales training, and other resources that help them effectively sell the organisation’s products or services.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
• Minimum 10 years in Marketing strategic roles
• Preferably someone coming from retail sector
• Good leadership, business acumen and communication skills
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
