• Assist the Supply Chain Director in carrying out the control function on aspects that become KPI Warehouse & Logistics Department
• Plan and propose standard operating procedures and work instructions oriented to better, more effective and efficient performance
• Monitoring and ensuring work procedures can be carried out by all teams consistently and continuously
• Ensuring smooth Warehouse and Logistics operations according to predetermined procedures
• Continue improvement and plan preventive and corrective actions against procedural deviations in Warehouse and Logistics
• Support team for operational infrastructure is available as needed for smooth Warehouse & Logistics operations
• Monitoring the implementation of GMP (tidiness and cleanliness, etc.) carried out by the team
• Control and monitor the implementation of stock take/cycle count Warehouse in order to achieve maximum stock accuracy
• Propose and evaluate planning for Warehouse & Logistic resource requirements to support the company’s vision and mission including:

– Organizational structure

  – Supporting Equipment (work infrastructure)

– Warehouse Layouts

– Standard Operating Standards (SOP & Work Instructions)

• Monitoring & stock review (fast/non/slow moving stock)
• Coordination and collaboration with related departments for improvement and achieving targets set by the company
• Make reports and evaluate Warehouse & Logistics operational performance reports

  – Stock accuracy

  – Service Level / Fulfillment Delivery

– GMPs

  – Productivity etc

• Conduct development team (briefing, coaching, counseling, mentoring team, etc.) so that they are always disciplined, responsible and comply with established procedures
• The process of organizational development (promotion, transfer, recruitment, training, punishment) runs objectively for the purpose of better Warehouse & Logistics operational performance

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related position is required for this position.
• Preferably from F&B Industry
• Good leadership & excellent communication skills
• Strong thinking, planning, and analytical skill
• Able to work independently in a fast moving company culture
