Job Description:

Lead and direct projects to deliver solutions to customers and meet their objective.
Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations
Planning and ensuring fulfillment of project’s needs and requirements.
Develop and maintain project timeline.
Manage the delivery of the project, scope, and manage any potential change request.
Continuously monitoring progress and ensuring its completion before the deadline.
Provide regular updates on the progress.
Coordinate with clear and concise communications to all stakeholders (cross-functional team, vendors, project manager, upper management).
Accurately documenting project’s creation (planning, development, execution, etc).
Perform project administrative tasks.
Provide pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project which includes the scope, solutions, proposal, proof-of-concept, deck creation, to ensure all required docs must complete. This may include Client presentations of our delivery approach as part of a tender process.
Identification of opportunities and influence the sale by conducting a business conversation with customers.
Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programmed management

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering and Information System
Minimum 2 years of Professional Experience in Technology Project & Product Development.
Proven ability to learn fast.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong desire and willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
Ability to interact effectively with Associates across all levels of the organization and variety of culture.
Experience in Ecommerce, SaaS, Loyalty, or Mobile Application Product Development is a plus
