Job Overview

Make standard data headcount CTB for each new models (specified) on each development stage follows PFC to provide production guideline

Responsibilities

• Follow-up the trial schedule for each new models that will run in production on stage development
• During the trial, take the data cycle time for each Upper process with a minimum Cycle Time measurement five times per process and determine the VA/NVA process and make a Time Study Analysis report
• Create Efficiency Analysis (LBR,LLER,PPH, Bottleneck Process) to determine the most ideal output target for production
• Recalculate the measurement data cycle time when the new model running on production (ramp-up) and review the cycle time that was made in the stage trial
• Propose any improvement possibilities and create comparation between all option
• Create the time study analysis and ensure the data accuracy using determmed 95 %
• Make NM (New Model) = 5, NC (New Colour) = 2 improvements/monthly to ensure the team achive the KPI
• Other project request by Leader & Manager to support optimization work process
• Provide routing data headcount CTB every models for support SAP system
• Follow company program:
• Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.
• Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.

Requirements

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Required language: English
• At least 1 years experience in the same field from Shoe-Making Industry.
