CRS is a Salesforce implementation partner since 2014. We are looking for experienced business analyst to join our Salesforce practice. You will be part of the Salesforce Implementation team, working alongside the Consultancy and Service Delivery team to be our client’s trusted technology partner.
The implementation team supports the consultancy team with requirement gathering, project scoping, and designing solutions. Your team will find the best way to execute and implement the client’s solution according to best practices.
As a business analyst, you are our experts in conducting discovery workshop and gathering requirements. Our ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong desire for Salesforce mastery.
Job Responsibilities
– Engage with both external (clients) and internal stakeholders
– Be a bridge for client between project requirement and the technical solutions from our technical team
– Gathers detailed requirements by analyzing information provided by client to built a good solution
– Ensure quality solution delivery
– Conduct workshops to understand client’s business processes and document functional and non-functional requirements
– Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions based on the requirements and scope of the project
– Develop use cases for the project and clarify quality acceptance criteria
– Develop client reporting requirements based on our solution
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business IT, Computer Science or equivalent
– 3 years of experience developing customized solutions
– Proven experience interpreting business needs, translating into requirement, and communicating them effectively to Consultancy and Engineering team
– Experience with Salesforce platform is an advantage
– Knowledge and experience in the SDLC, Waterfall, SCRUM, Agile practices
– Demonstrate ability to solve problems quickly by offering creative solutions quickly
– Demonstrate ability to work in a team and collaborate with all stakeholders
– Demonstrate understanding and ability to work with multi-cultural and multi-location team members
– Good oral and written communication skills
– Prefer candidate who is organized, highly motivated, analytical, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision
