Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lead of Seller Operation to lead the team responsible for the sourcing, onboarding and incubation of sellers on our ecommerce platform across the region. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful seller supply strategies. You will be responsible for Leading BD Projects and will work closely with venture teams to ensure that the platform is meeting the needs of sellers and buyers in the region.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement the seller supply strategy for the platform in the region, in line with overall business objectives and targets
  • Work closely with venture teams in the region to understand local market needs and develop strategies to onboard and retain sellers in each market
  • Work with venture teams to develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the region and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and other function teams to ensure that the platform is meeting the needs of sellers and buyers in the region
  • Ensure that the seller supply team in the region is working efficiently and effectively and continuously improving processes and strategies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable education institution
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful seller supply strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues and opportunities proactively
  • Fluency in Bahasa and English
