Given the potential to leverage our digital network to generate insights, monitor and evaluate all aspects of our model—including digital campaign, education and supply chain activation – SwipeRx is hiring a Logistic Coordinator. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Public Health and will work closely with SwipeRx’s research, data analytics and program teams across the region to generate, analyze and apply quality data to increase pharmacy contributions to numerous community health priorities including COVID-19, family planning, tuberculosis, sexually transmitted infections and viral hepatitis.

Your Role:

Regulations Compliance

• Ensure the presence and tally of necessary regulation related documentation
• Manage exceptional situation, related to the presence of documentation
• Lead and manage the digitization of physical shipping documents and ensure 100% presence and compliance
• Manage the record keeping of said documents
• Execute occassional urgent projects, related to regulatory and safety as stipulated by Governing bodies
• Support the Director in conceptualizing and maintaining the upkeeping of Regulatory documents (such as SOPs, etc)

Customer Experience

• Lead and drive the Logistics Customer Experience team, to provide high level customer satisfaction
• Lead resolution of cases, from the date incepted up to resolution, in a fastest, cost effective, and satisfactory way for customers
• Pivotal in managing the team that handles logistics-related cases, as support system to our Customer Services and Sales who speaks directly to customers

Company Interest Protection

• Expediting claim cases when the company needed to make to service partners
• Minimizing company losses from unpaid claims
• Complies to company stipulated regulations regarding matters like return policy, damage handling, managing customers’ expectation, etc

Planning, Innovation and Improvements

• Continuously improve processes, to yield more productive results in term of cost, capacity, to achieve best compliance and customer experience
• Being tech savvy, conceptualize the ideal solutions and frameworks that includes technological development
• Measure the impact and magnitude of future improvement, able to prioritize options of potential improvements
• Being mindful to performance, ability to run reports

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in the related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in logistics, at least 2 years managing people
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa is a plus
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented and analytical thinker.
