Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Assistant Sales Manager di tempat usaha PT KUS Building Supplies untuk daerah Jakarta Barat atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Untuk kualifikasi yang kita inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:

Solicits new customer/products through Project Information, existing customer’s recommendation and other sources which provide regular updates on construction projects
Evaluates customer’s behaviour and buying patterns in order to appropriately draft quotation to maximize the possibility of securing the deal
Collects and collates background and ongoing project information of new customers to better facilitate credit approval
Administers proper planning of visiting schedules in advance to achieve maximum customer visits per week
Monitors and follows up long overdue payments
Analyzes reports which helps to increases sales revenue and achieve profitability
Assist sales manager in improving policies, sales target and product pricing
Monitor and follow up daily activities of sales executives
Review, train and coach new sales executives to achieve sales target
Any other ad-hoc duties by SM.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering, Economic, Bussines Management, or related fields
Fluent in English is a must
Civil Engineering or equivalent will have added advantage.
Required Skill(s): Sales, Marketing, Presentation Skill, Comunication
Preferably specialized in Sales or Business Development
At least 2 Years of Working Experience as Assistant Sales Manager or Supervisor / Team leader / Business Development or any related field
Possess own vehicle: Motorcycle or Car
Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage
Character: Highly Analysis Thinking, Communicative / Networking, Creative, Initiative, Persuasive, and Broad-minded
Willing to work in Jakarta Barat
