We are looking for an Sales Manager to enhance our team!

If you are someone who can :

• Partner with executive management team to assess and improve current business processes
• Establish methods for testing business applications and create templates for reports used to monitor application effectiveness
• Monitor the communication between various departments to make sure that the customer service team is getting the information it needs to improve customer satisfaction
• Work closely with key customers to keep them updated on process changes designed to improve service
• Submit regular reports to management team about company health and new initiatives in progress

​​​​​​​If you have this requirements :

• S1, major Marketing Management/Industrial Technology from reputable University
• Min 5 years experience in selling IT solutions
• Having passionately to sell IT product especially IT Services
• Having good negotiation and selling skill with customer
• Strong management and development skill including customer satisfaction
• Having strong customer communication skills and good interpersonal
• Leadership, hard working and target oriented

The skill set that we need for this role :

• Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Aptitude in creative problem-solving
