Job description & requirements

FOOM Global Lab Indonesian-based tech-enabled consumer product startup with mission to aid adult smokers move away from combustible smoking and encourage people to shift to safer way of consuming nicotine. We are determined to provide the best quality e-cigarette product with unique and hyper-localized flavors. Our main differentiators against competitors are our competitive price point; our refillable pods; and our e-liquid that is produced in-house and locally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including scheduling and coordinating shipments with suppliers and carriers
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers
• Supporting overall the warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records and perform regular inventory audits
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including delivery times, inventory levels, and order accuracy
• Manage the logistics budget and identify opportunities for cost savings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in logistics and warehouse management or Fresh Graduates with excellent GPAs from reputable university
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
• Proficient in standard logistics software and/or data processing software (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
• Willing to be place in Cikupa, Tangerang
