Job Brief :

An Export-Import Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all export-import activities are carried out in compliance with regulations and company policies, coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations, managing documentation and inventory, and staying informed about changes in regulations and market trends.

Job Description :

Coordinating and managing all export-import activities to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Facilitating communication with customs officials, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.

Preparing and processing all necessary export-import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.

Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and other business partners to ensure smooth and efficient export-import operations.

Conducting research and analysis to identify potential markets and suppliers for new business opportunities.

Managing inventory levels and logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and report generation.

Collaborating with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure effective communication and coordination of export-import activities.

Staying up-to-date with changes in import-export regulations, trade agreements, and market trends

Preparing and processing all necessary export-import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents

Besides the handling of cargo in respect of stuffing and stripping of containers and trucks, we can offer our customers comprehensive LOGISTICS SERVICES. We provide in this division Value Added Logistics Services such as: Packing and Re-packing, Stickering, Inspection of the commodity, Pick & Pack and even Product Configuration and items can be produced or modified. Testing and customizing also pertain to the possibilities after good analysis and agreement. We can appoint in this division a Logistics Manager who will be your Account Manager, Traffic Manager and Forwarder at once.
