Job Description:

• Plan and carry out a careful and creative program that targets different areas of child development, such as language, motor, and social skills
• Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to meet students’ varying needs and interests
• Provide suggestions and ideas on effective implementation and modification of the curriculum Submit detailed weekly lessons plan
• Provide written evaluation report on student’s progress
• Work collaboratively and maintain standards of respect, courtesy, and mutual consideration with the school community, including students, staff, and parents
• Observe and evaluate children’s progress and report to parents
• Communicate with parents in daily basis
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.

Requirements:

• S1 Degree in Mandarin Education or Mandarin Literature
• Fluent in Mandarin Language (spoken and written) as lessons are conducted in Mandarin (Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin to conduct teaching lessons in Mandarin and also to communicate in Mandarin speaking parents and students)
• Minimum 1 year experience in teaching small children age 1.5-6 years old
• Maximum age is 35 years old
• Cheerful, patient, good teamwork, creative, energetic, willing to learn new things and importantly love children
• Only those who are shortlisted and qualified as the qualification above will be called for an interview
