Job Description:

Bloom Outdoor Furniture is looking for an experienced Hospitality Furniture Sales Manager to join our team in Semarang, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract sales and experience working in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for Bloom Outdoor Furniture’s hospitality products, with a focus on contract sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry, including hotel and resort owners, designers, architects, and purchasing managers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop leads through networking, industry events, and other channels.
• Work closely with the Bloom Outdoor Furniture team to develop customised solutions for clients and ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that pricing and terms are competitive and profitable for the company.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to expand the company’s product offerings and reach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in furniture sales is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
