We are looking for Accelerated Lifecycle Testing (ALT) Specialist who will be based in Plant Karawang.

Your ‘day to day’

  • Coordinate operations in the laboratory in order to ensure tests execution as per the defined study protocols.
  • Ensure all materials, consumables and tools are available in the right quantity to guarantee the continuity of the activities
  • Train lab technicians to operate/maintain and calibrate machines as well as execute laboratory tests.
  • Ensure that all necessary PPEs are available for every lab tech and EHS rules are fully respected in ALT laboratory.
  • Ensure cycling KPI targets are fulfilled.

Who we’re looking for

  • Have Mechanical or Electronic or Chemical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO), QA processes.
  • Knowledge on statistical and analytical tools.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to transform data into information (reporting skills).
  • In depth knowledge of QHSE management systems, preventative measures, and laboratory best practices.
