BECIS is currently looking for a talented Biomass Sourcing Head Area – West Java for BECIS Indonesia business unit and support the company’s growth.

Objectives: The Candidate shall be responsible for managing daily activities related to biomass supply, stock replenishment, budgeting, quality assurance, P&L statements for BECIS projects in West Java. The candidate will also be responsible for building relationships with supply partners and potential external clients for rice husk, in addition to internal consumers. The position reports to the Biomass Partnership & Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage field coordinator & supervisor person
• Monitoring all document record for biomass such a logbook, P&L statement and biomass delivery and receiving documents
• Manage and monitor biomass sourcing for both project sites and external warehouses
• Building good relationship with suppliers, such as rice mills and rice husk poolers
• Building good relationship with biomass customers for rice husk both external and internal
• Monitoring Biomass Quality as per agreements and company regulation and follow up and solving operation findings
• Make regular and periodical reports, including delivery, costs, order fulfillment and safety
• Manage invoice be it intercompany or other third parties and ensure data conformity
• liaise with finance and procurement related to invoices and payments
• Ensure that biomass is available for projects’ operational needs

Requirements:

Experience:

• 2 – 5 years in biomass-related activities (e.g. trading)
• Experienced in managing biomass supply & logistics
• Experience in biomass trading – specially rice husk or paddy sourcing will be advantage

Competences:

·      Self-starter and proactive – ability to work independently without constant supervision

·      Supply chain experience

·      Planning and organizing

·      Capability to understand rice mill partner requirements

·      Able to operate computer well, especially for internet-related application such as web, email, mobile aps, etc

·      Good communication skill with drivers, local workers, and 3rd party logistics provider

·      Good administration skill

·      Good IT skill Excel, power point & Ms Word

Qualifications:

·      Diploma in Industrial Technique or related fields

·      Good knowledge in computer and mobile applications.

·      Native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia & passive English (minimum)

·      Willing to do business trips in the East & Central Java area
