12 months contract, placement: Jakarta

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform approaching new clients by performing sourcing potential clients, understanding client needs, and prospecting intensely to ensure the Company target are achieved.
• Build a professional relationship by maintaining communication with clients regularly to ensure that all client needs are fulfilled.
• Provide the best service from end to end including resolving any issues and/or problems within the coverage area as a part of after-sales services to maintain a good level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain database clients both new and/or existing neatly by grouping based on priority level and business orientation to making easier to follow up in the future.
• Collaborate and coordinate with respective stakeholders to monitor and ensure all financial processes such as billing, project hold, unbilled & collection running smoothly and timely.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
• Perform competitor analysis by identifying their market, strength, weakness, method, customers, and any other information that can be used for evaluation material to maintain competitiveness.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports accurately and provide recommendation analysis to ensure the target are achieved.
• Assist the Superior duties when needed to ensure the business running well.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years in the same field.
• Minimum Bachelor Dgree degree in any major.
• Strong computer, Internet, and Excel skills.
• Strong data analytics skills and the ability to work closely with the assigned various team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Product Knowledge.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Customer Oriented.
• Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized, and extremely detail-oriented.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment.
