Hiring Nurse Manager for IHV Clinic in Kota Tangerang

Job Description :

1. To supervise patient care and develop long-term plans for professional development on their team.
2. To establish and maintain nursing standards and enforce them on their team to make sure that all staff implements best practices when interacting with patients and tracking their treatment.
3. Supervise the volume of patients and delegate tasks to team members so they can efficiently process the flow of patients through intake, care, and discharge. 
4. Assist the Director of the clinic in supervising technical policies in the field of medical and nursing services.
5. Fostering the implementation of medical and nursing service activities
6. Plan and prepare operational support facilities in the Nursing Services.
7. Ability to work with a variety of health care professionals and patients.

Requirement:

1. Have a minimum bachelor’s degree/diploma degree in Nurse.
2. 3 – 5 years’ experience as Nurse Manager, Nurse Supervisor, and Assistant Nurse Manager.
3. Able to use Microsoft Office.
4. Can communicate well in English (Verbally and Written)
5. Able to work under pressure.
