Segera dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Administrator di perusahaan PT Townland International untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description:

  • Forming and maintaining employee records;
  • Updating HR databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave, employee data, etc;
  • Preparing and amending HR documents, when necessary, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides;
  • Reviewing and renewing HR policies and it’s legal compliance;
  • Communicating and presenting HR related matters, including handling messages, phone calls and correspondence with external parties;
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover, etc;
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries;
  • Assisting and coordinate with Finance department to prepare payroll by considering and calculating relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken, etc;
  • Participating in recruitment efforts through hiring process;
  • Orienting new employees to the organization;
  • Preparing new employee files and conducting induction process;
  • Support weekly Time Sheet & ManHours Summaries;
  • Assisting and coordinating all HR related certificates application and extension in accordance to company’s requirements and applicable law, externally as well as internally;
  • Maintaining calendars of HR management team;
  • Organize Social Functions (e.g. birthday celebration, outing, etc);

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, HR Background;
  • Having good knowledge to manage and handling HR Duties, to perform multi-tasking skills;
  • Understand BPJS, Payroll, Manpower Regulation and Foreign Staff permit.
  • Good interpersonal, Outgoing and pro-active;
  • Very Capable in Microsoft Excel and MS Word;
  • Familiar with HRMS;
  • Have ability to work with accuracy and attention to details;
  • Flexible and Discreet (when referring to confidential matters);
  • Good Communication in English, both in writing and orally;
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities;
  • Highly responsible and reliable;
  • Full-Time position available;
  • Availability: immediately.
