Human Resources Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources management, covering a full range of Human Resources responsibilities.
  • Good people-person with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including formal Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Modern IT skills with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive; as well as MS Office tools for proper management of internal and external Human Resources data.
  • Professional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and constantly manage multiple simultaneous priorities. 
  • At minimum, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent educational/intellectual background.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English, both speaking and writing, and ability to communicate internally with a high level of professionalism.
  • At least 10 Year(s) of experience as a Human Resources Manager, required for this position 
  • Required Skill(s): Payroll & Compensation, Government Regulation, Legal Affairs & Contracts, Employee Management, SOPs (writing, socializing and implementing SOPs), Asset Management, Electronic Systems, Communication, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Company Culture.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized with a strong industrial background (e.g: Technology Supplier, Oil & Gas, Mining), but open to all candidates.
  • Experience with HRIS Talenta is preferable.

 Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment, end to end, including: job posting and interviews, negotiations and contracts, hiring and efficiently onboarding new employees into the company.
  2. Employee Onboarding: full onboarding of new employees using company systems, to ensure that new employees are onboarded efficiently and have a good, productive start at the company.
  3. Manage and improve company communications: maintain good communications culture company-wide, actively communicating with company management, and communicating widely with all employees.
  4. Payroll Management: Payroll management, counting, system, and tax. Including insurance, allowance, discipline, and other requirements within the payroll scope. Expected to use the company’s ERP/HRIS system and work professionally with the Finance team.
  5. Disciplinary Actions: Monitor and maintain the healthiness of the company’s work environment, active communication between all managers and employees to ensure the best possible outcome for the employees and the company.
  6. BPJS and Insurance: Ensure that all employees are registered and invoice management each and every month for BPJS and other insurance of all employees, following the company’s grading system.
  7. Employee Data Management: Management of master data sheet to ensure 100% accuracy of all required and mandatory data of employees working in the company.
  8. Standard Operating Procedures & Company Policy: able to independently formulate and write professional SOPs, workflows, and procedures, in order to continuously improve company functions and maximize employee performance within the company.
  9. Company Culture: active leadership as a key PIC to uphold Company Culture, linking our Values and Company Culture to Standard Operating Procedures, Performance Evaluations, and other practices within the company; and independently identifying new ways to concretely reinforce our Values and Company Culture in the company.
  10. Contracts & Legal Affairs: Developing and ensuring legal compliance in all of our employment contracts, minimizing legal risks, and addressing any incidental legal affairs as/when required.
  11. Performance Review: Doing performance reviews on-time, and assisting in completing a rigorous performance review together with the relevant Supervisors and Managers of the company.
  12. Implementation & Monitoring System: Ensure that all SOPs, Company Culture values and norms, and employee management systems are implemented in the company, and consistently followed by all employees. Revise, develop, and implement new systems if/when required, to maintain a high performance, highly motivated work environment.
  13. Internal Company Activity: company outings, dinners, soft-skill trainings, and any other activities that are required internally to support a positive and motivated work environment.
  14. Internal IT: Ensure that the internal IT requirements of the company are up to satisfactory standards, so that employees have all the tools and functioning IT systems needed to succeed.
  15. Asset Management: Assist the Finance department in recording and maintaining all the HR assets that are allocated to, and used by the employees across the company.
  16. Government Policy: Keeping up to date with the government policy in regards to Human Resources, ensuring that the company is following the regulation, and efficiently adapting to any new changes in government policy.
  17. Flexibility to take on new responsibilities as required by the situation, working with Management on ad-hoc requirements and taking on new challenges which broadly fall within the scope of Human Resources.
