The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role of Finance & Operation Assistant is a critical support position within the Finance team at PT Datumstruct Indonesia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational assistance to ensure the smooth running of the company’s day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with the preparation of financial reports, statements.

2. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

3. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

5. Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily business operations.

6. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.

7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects including logistics.

8. Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to support business objectives.

9. Provide administrative and operational support to management.

What We’re Looking For

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field

2. Proven experience in finance, operations or a combined role (3-4 years preferred).

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

5. Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
