Job Description & Responsibilities:
· Perform continuous monitoring of BHS systems via SCADA to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
· Identify, analyze, and respond to system alarms, events, and operational abnormalities
· Dispatch and coordinate field technicians to handle system disruptions or technical issues
· Facilitate and coordinate system shutdowns and restarts for preventive or corrective maintenance activities
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of system events, alarms, incidents, and operator actions
· Ensure timely escalation and reporting of system issues to supervisors, engineers, and management
· Communicate system status and incidents clearly to relevant stakeholders
· Support incident analysis by providing operational logs and system data
· Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and shift handover protocols
· Perform shift handover briefings and documentation accurately
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Male / Female, maximum 25 years old
· Fresh graduates are welcome
· Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a technical discipline, preferably:
o Informatics Engineering
o Computer Engineering
· Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
· Basic understanding of SCADA systems, monitoring tools, or control room operations is an advantage
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a shift-based environment
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Local candidates from Makassar are preferred
· Willing to work on-site and in shifts
