We are currently seeking an Academic Pathway Advisor to serve as a frontline education consultant, supporting students and parents in making informed decisions regarding overseas study options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide structured academic pathway consultations for students planning to study abroad

  • Explain study options, entry requirements, timelines, and application procedures clearly in English

  • Guide students in selecting suitable universities and programs based on academic goals

  • Engage prospective students and parents through professional and consultative communication

  • Participate in school visits, education fairs, and public outreach events

  • Represent Sun Education Group during promotional and advisory activities

  • Support student enrollment through follow-ups and relationship management

  • Assist with application documentation, submissions, and administrative coordination

  • Contribute to content ideas for Sun Education Group’s social media platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, International Relations, or a related field

  • Excellent English speaking ability for consultation and presentation purposes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach

  • Comfortable working with enrollment targets within an education services environment

  • Outgoing and confident personality, suitable for a frontliner role

  • Able to communicate information clearly, politely, and professionally

  • Experience in education consulting, student services, or sales is an advantage

  • Willing to attend off-site events and school outreach programs

  • Based in Palembang and available for on-site work
