Sunway Trek Masindo is seeking an experienced Sales Manager Engineer to join our team in Pekanbaru City, Riau. This is a full-time position responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive growth and success in the local market.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

  2. Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team

  3. Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales activities

  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners

  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of customer solutions

  6. Providing regular reports and presentations to senior management

What we’re looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the engineering or technology industry

  2. Proven track record of leading and motivating successful sales teams

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decision making

  5. Familiarity with the local Pekanbaru City and Riau market and its sales dynamics

  6. Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
