Role Overview

As an AI Innovator, you will design, develop, and operationalize AI components that power Collexe’s intelligent platforms. You will turn business pain points into AI-powered solutions, integrating LLMs, MLOps, and automation into real enterprise environments. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and Consultants to ship production-ready AI—not POCs.

Key Responsibilities

AI engineering & development

• Build and optimize AI/ML models (NLP, LLM, predictive analytics, computer vision)

• Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases (FAISS/Pinecone/Chroma)

• Implement AI agents for narrative analytics and workflow automation

System integration

• Expose AI models via APIs / microservices

• Integrate AI features into existing platforms (NECS, Questil, D2I)

Deployment & MLOps

• Deploy models using Docker / FastAPI / cloud environments (Azure / AWS / GCP)

• Monitor performance, version models, and automate retraining pipelines

Collaboration & documentation

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (product, sustainability, BI teams)

• Create documentation & internal knowledge playbooks

Requirements

Technical

• 3-5 years in AI/ML production ready system development

• DevOps & software engineering foundation(CI/CD, GitOps, container orchestration)

• Strong in Python + AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / scikit-learn / Transformers)

• Experience with LLM integration (OpenAI / LangChain / Hugging Face / Gemini)

• Experience with cloud AI deployment (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, or Vertex AI)

Bonus

• Experience with Power BI Fabric, BI solutions, or ERP integration

• Knowledge of ESG data, sustainability tech, or CleanTech platforms (advantage)

Soft skills

• Analytical, curious, self-driven toward creativity & breakthroughs

• Ability to translate business needs into technical implementation
