Dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Maintenance Manager di kantor PT Soci Mas untuk domisili Deli Serdang & Sumatera Utara serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami inginkan adalah Pemeliharaan (Teknik) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor degree (Mechanical Engineering)

  2. Minimal 15 years experiences in chemical plant maintenance with minimal 5 years at managerial position

  3. Well verse with rotating equipment (pumps, fans, etc) and static equipment (like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, vacuum vessels, etc)

  4. Good knowledge of electrical and instrument is necessary

  5. Able to lead the maintenance team to increase MTBF and reduce MTTR; to do effective RCA; improve the skill set of maintenance team

  6. Good project management skill in times of turnaround is added advantage

Responsibility:

  1. Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs, build up asset management system for reliability and availability equipment in plant operational activities

  2. To establish priorities, making improvement in work method and to evaluate modification proposal, failure analysis and unscheduled shutdown

  3. To develop planning and execution of Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and major overhaul /Yearly Turn around activities

  4. To develop KPI Department and present it in monthly dashboard as performance monitoring indicator and optimize maintenance process effectiveness
